R.I.C.S. HomeBuyer Report
Comprises an inspection of the property and is a concise report with or without valuation. It is based on the standard R.I.C.S. format and may not be suitable for older properties, those of unusual construction, those having been extensively extended or having major alterations. The inspection covers part of the property which are visible and easily accessible. The report covers the general condition and particular features, focusing on urgent or significant matters. Minor defects are not included.
Building Survey
A comprehensive inspection and report on the condition of the property, describing in detail, any structural or other defects of construction that can be seen by the Surveyor. Tailored to the individual requirements of the client, the report details a whole range of defects. An additional service provided by us is a post report consultation if required. We can also forward an additional copy of the report to your legal advisers if required.
