At this stage it is in a word document and can be easily edited. Using special software this advert is then written into a universally readable PDF file. This is a file that newspaper groups know and use. They can open the whole file and insert/print to their paper but they cannot change anything in the file, so what leaves your office is exactly what appears in the paper.
