Property Matching
Properties can be matched to meet exact customer requirements by using any combination of up to 27 different search criteria. PropertyPro® can store an unlimited number of searches per customer.
Matching properties can be displayed on screen in a walk through manner allowing unlimited pictures that can be displayed full screen at the touch of a button. Matching properties can also be displayed in a browse style showing 4 properties per screen.
Any of these properties can be selected by double clicking anywhere in that property box. The diary can be activated from the matching screen enabling viewings to be arranged instantly.
NB. Property matching can also be carried out prior to valuations to gain important comparable information.
